Step 1: Initiate the Password Reset

• Go to the Superbaji homepage and click on ‘Login’.
• Select the ‘Forgot Password’ option.

Step 2: Select Your Preferred Reset Method

Option 1: Reset via Email

• Enter your username and the verified email linked to your account.
• Click ‘Reset Password’ to receive a temporary password in your email inbox.
• Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email right away.

Option 2: Reset via SMS

• Enter your username and the verified phone number associated with your account.
• Click ‘Reset Password’ to receive a temporary password via SMS.

Step 3: Log In and Update Your Password

• Use the temporary password to log into your account.
• Go to the Settings and create a new password:
  • Enter the temporary password.
  • Choose a new password and confirm it.

• After three failed SMS reset attempts, a 72-hour waiting period will apply.
