Note: To update your email address, send a request from your currently registered email. Make sure to include the new email address you’d like to use, ensuring it hasn’t been registered with Superbaji before.

Step 2: Reach out to our 24/7 customer support team to request an update to your email address.

Step 3: A phone call verification will be required to proceed. Confirm your contact number and specify a convenient time for the verification call in your request.

Step 4: Once the document review and phone call verification are complete, you’ll receive a notification at your new email address if the change is approved. Please wait for this confirmation before taking any further steps.

Important Notes:

Account information can be updated up to three times only. For security purposes, certain details like your username, full name, date of birth, and cardholder information cannot be modified. Please make sure your account information is always accurate and up-to-date.
